Try to find a spot on the ground which is flat and even. Descend slowly and about 20-30 cm before you touch the ground pull the stick down all the way firmly.

“Soft landing” is a feature that we integrated so it helps you not to land your drone too harshly. It limits the maximum descending speed that  you can achieve during landing.
